BREEDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Kittens are clean and free from common parasites and disease on the date of pickup/delivery.
• Kittens are sold with health certificate, and vaccination and health records.
• Kittens are sold with purebreed registration papers and pedigree.  If sale is of a pet quality kitten/cat, these papers may be withheld by the breeder until such a time as proof of spay/neuter has been provided by the buyer.

BUYER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This kitten/cat will reside as an indoor only pet and be provided adequate sanitary facilities.
• This kitten/cat will not be allowed to roam free outdoors unless under the supervision of an adult.
• This kitten/cat will be provided proper veterinary care annually, for the entirety of its life.
• This kitten/cat will not be declawed.
• If there are other cats in the household, the kitten/cat must be quarantined until the buyer's veterinarian verifies the good health of the new kitten/cat within 96 hours.  Failute to do so will result in a null and void health guarantee.
• It is my intent to find permanent placement for any kitten/cat from Silver Mark Cattery.  If for any reason you are unable to keep the kitten/cat, I will be contacted and given first right to take back the kitten/cat.  Any costs incured involving returns of the kitten/cat will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• In the event I choose not to reclaim the kitten/cat, it is the responsibility of the buyer to place the kitten/cat in a loving pet home that adheres to this contract.  AND provide Silver Mark Cattery physical proof in the form of a re-homing contract with the new kitten/cat owner.
• Buyer's signature indicates full agreement and approval of all above conditions.
